The pattern is repeated for 3 times, 115 seconds in total. 解除警報音符:1長音90秒 All clear: A long, uninterrupted siren lasting 90 seconds. 【未配合演習管制及演練,依民防法處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰 Anyone violates the rules and regulations of the drill will be fined between NTD $30,000 and NTD $150,000 in accordance with the Civil Defense Act.

2023年就曾經萬安演習1小時，也分時段，並不是往常都半小時結束。演習將發送手機告警訊息，從疏散避難、人車管制、戰災搶救到警報解除，確認台灣本島及外（離）島等7個地區防空整備與作為。包含防空警報與解除警報，人車疏散避難、燈火關閉及交通管制，有30 分鐘警報傳遞與發放、疏散避難、交通及其他必要管制，並不是人車限制長達1.5小時。 內政部長劉世芳在會中報告「2025城鎮韌性演習整備及推動概況」時說明，全民防衛動員以臨災應變機制為主，採無劇本演練，戰災搶救占70%以上，2025年7月15日、16日與17日分別在台中、台南與台北市舉行，並搭配漢光演習驗證軍政通聯。
